In the year 2003, Bhaskay Power Constructions (BPC), having its Head Quarters in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India, started its Gulf Operations, as a subcontractor to Mls Larsen & Toubro Saudi Arabia LLC. (LTSA), its First Project with LTSA was for Saudi Electricity Company, Eastern Opera- tion Area (EOA Dammam) for their 230/115KV Juaymah B.S.P (Bulk Supply Point) Project Substation Project, The main objective of this BSP was to cater to the bulk requirement of power for ARAMCOs Gas Oil Separation Plants – GOSP I,II,III.
